In Atipara Village, Barishal, Bangladesh, access to safe drinking water has been an ongoing challenge. The 59 residents, spread across 12 families, have spent years depending on contaminated or unreliable water sources, putting their health at constant risk. Without access to clean water, illnesses like cholera and dysentery have become all too common, making everyday life a struggle.

To change this reality, One Ummah Foundation (OUF) has launched a project to construct a deep-water well in the village, ensuring a long-term solution to the community's water crisis. At 850 feet deep, this well will provide clean and sustainable drinking water, drastically improving health outcomes and reducing the need for families to travel long distances in search of safe water.
