Bringing Back Lost Smiles
Life-Changing Surgeries, One Smile at a Time

A cleft lip or palate is more than a physical condition. It affects a child's ability to eat, speak, and smile with confidence. Without treatment, these children often face malnutrition, speech difficulties, and social rejection. Since 2003, the Cleft Lip & Palate Association of Pakistan (CLAPP) has been dedicated to providing free, life-changing surgeries to underprivileged individuals, and One Ummah Foundation (OUF) has been a steadfast supporter of this mission for over two decades. These surgeries do not just transform faces. They transform lives, giving individuals a chance to be seen, heard, and accepted.

With OUF's continued support, CLAPP has performed over 46,000 surgeries, helping thousands of individuals transition from disabled to enabled. Through 200 surgical missions, 23,968 patients have undergone life-altering operations, while 22,041 patients have received treatment at CLAPP's specialized hospital in Lahore. These surgeries not only correct physical deformities but also restore confidence, allowing children and adults to fully participate in society. Many patients, once isolated by their condition, now smile freely, attend school, and pursue careers, breaking the cycle of stigma and exclusion.

This partnership between OUF and CLAPP continues to restore hope and dignity to those who have lived in the shadows for too long. But there are still thousands waiting for their turn. You can help find lost smiles. Your donation ensures that more children and adults receive free, life-changing surgeries that give them a second chance at life.
